Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy
At Bloom & Breath Bodywork, your time and well-being are important to us. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please review our policies below.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
🚫 No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the session cost.
No-shows may also require prepayment for future bookings.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice will not be subject to any fees.
If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, the 50% cancellation fee will apply unless an emergency exception is granted.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate the next client. The full session fee still applies.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that life happens. If you experience an unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
Prepaid sessions or packages are non-refundable.
If a session is canceled with at least 24 hours' notice, a credit can be applied toward a future booking.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
