Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

At Bloom & Breath Bodywork, your time and well-being are important to us. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please review our policies below.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.

🚫 No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the session cost.

  • No-shows may also require prepayment for future bookings.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice will not be subject to any fees.

  • If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, the 50% cancellation fee will apply unless an emergency exception is granted.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate the next client. The full session fee still applies.

Emergency Exceptions

  • We understand that life happens. If you experience an unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

  • Prepaid sessions or packages are non-refundable.

  • If a session is canceled with at least 24 hours' notice, a credit can be applied toward a future booking.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
